1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement or use the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
2. Lawful use
You agree to use the website lawfully and not interfere with its security, availability, or operation. You may not misuse Srdjan Lopez LLC names, logos, product images, designs, written content, or other intellectual property.
You may not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate another person's rights.
3. Catalog information
Product pages present names, descriptions, options, prices, materials, care instructions, and size information. Product images may show more than one view or option.
Colors and details can vary by display and manufacturing process. Size information can be approximate, so review each product page before ordering.
Prices and product availability are confirmed at checkout. We may correct pricing, description, promotion, or availability errors and may cancel and refund an affected order.
4. Customer accounts
Customer accounts are optional. You are responsible for keeping your password, authenticator codes, and recovery codes private. Notify customer support if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Order history includes eligible orders placed while signed in after payment is confirmed. Creating an account does not automatically import an order placed while signed out.
5. Price, shipping, tax, and payment
Prices are stated in United States dollars. Prices and product availability are confirmed at checkout. Available shipping methods, charges, and applicable taxes are shown before payment.
Payment details are entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout and processed by Stripe. The store currently accepts delivery addresses in the United States. Shipping and production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. See shipping and delivery.
6. Order acceptance and fulfillment
Most products are made to order. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation. A payment submission alone does not mean the order has entered production.
We may cancel and refund orders affected by availability, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, address, or fulfillment errors. We may contact you when an order issue requires information or a decision.
7. Returns and order issues
Because most products are made to order, change-of-mind returns and automatic size exchanges are not offered except where required by law. Damaged, defective, incorrect, and lost-in-transit orders are handled under the return policy.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Srdjan Lopez LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Electronic communications
You agree that order, payment, account, policy, and support communications may be provided electronically when allowed by law. You are responsible for providing a current email address.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without limiting any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
11. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and the policies linked from them form the agreement concerning use of the storefront and orders, except for terms that must apply under law.
