1. Information we handle

We handle information you provide, including your name, email address, shipping address, product choices, and order support messages. If you create an account, we also handle account information, security settings, order history, and information needed to keep accounts and transactions secure. Order information includes items, quantities, prices, shipping choices, tax, payment status, fulfillment status, and transaction references.

2. Cart storage

Your browser stores cart contents, including the selected product, options, price, and quantity, so the cart remains available on your device.

Checkout contact and address fields are not added to browser local storage. You can remove individual items or clear the cart from the cart page. Browser privacy controls can also remove local storage.

3. Customer accounts

A customer account is optional. We use protected verification data instead of storing an account password in readable form. Authenticator settings and recovery-code verification data are also protected.

Orders placed while signed in are linked to the account after payment is confirmed. Orders placed while signed out are not automatically added to an account.

4. Checkout, payment, and fulfillment

We use your contact, order, and delivery information to validate your order, calculate shipping, process payment, fulfill the purchase, and provide support.

We use Stripe to host payment checkout, process payment, calculate applicable tax, and help detect fraud. Stripe receives transaction, contact, shipping, device, and payment information under its own privacy practices. Payment card details are entered on Stripe and are not collected by the Srdjan Lopez storefront page.

We use Printful to quote shipping, manufacture products, ship orders, and address eligible fulfillment issues. Printful receives the order and recipient information needed for those services.

5. How information is used

We use information to operate and secure the website, quote and process orders, collect payment and tax, coordinate fulfillment, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal and accounting obligations.

6. Technical data, cookies, and external services

The web server processes technical request data such as an IP address, browser information, requested page, date, and time to deliver pages and enforce security controls. After registration or sign-in, the storefront uses a secure, strictly necessary session cookie for authentication. The cookie is not used for advertising. Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies on its hosted checkout under Stripe's privacy practices.

The site loads the Srdjan Lopez support chat from autolensstudio.com. That service receives technical request data when the script loads. When you use chat, the message and recent conversation needed to answer it are sent to the chat service. Do not submit payment details, account passwords, authenticator codes, recovery codes, or other sensitive information through chat.

7. Retention and protection

We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including transaction processing, customer support, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, and other legal obligations. The period varies by the record, account status, unresolved issue, and service-provider requirements.

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Children's privacy

The storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

9. Privacy requests and choices

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Email [email protected]. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. An authorized agent may be required to provide proof of authority.

We do not sell personal information or use storefront activity for targeted advertising. Email providers process messages sent to our address. Instagram and Facebook apply their own privacy practices when you open those links.

10. Policy updates

We may update this policy as the storefront, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current published version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice on the storefront or by another method when required.
