How to use a size chart
- Open the product page and find the size guide under Product details.
- Check whether the table describes body measurements or product measurements.
- Use a flexible measuring tape and keep it level without pulling it tight.
- Compare your measurement with every relevant column before choosing a size.
Common body measurements
- Chest
- Measure around the fullest part of the chest with arms relaxed.
- Waist
- Measure around the natural waist without holding your breath.
- Hips
- Measure around the fullest part of the hips while standing evenly.
- Inseam
- Measure from the upper inner leg to the desired hem position.
- Head circumference
- Measure around the head where a hat normally sits.
Compare with a product you own
When a chart lists product measurements, lay a similar item flat on a level surface. Measure the same points shown in the chart and compare them with the listed values. Do not compare a flat garment width with a full body circumference.
If you are between sizes
Consider the product's listed fit, the measurements that matter most for comfort, and whether you prefer a closer or looser fit. We cannot guarantee fit from height, weight, or a usual size alone.
