Our approach

Our accessibility target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The Revised Section 508 Standards incorporate WCAG 2.0 Level A and Level AA for covered federal electronic content. This statement describes our current target and ongoing work, not a certification.

Accessibility features

• Semantic landmarks and a logical heading structure
• A skip link and visible keyboard focus
• Keyboard-operable navigation, galleries, filters, and cart controls
• Visible form labels, instructions, and error summaries
• Text alternatives for meaningful product images
• Responsive layouts that reflow on narrow screens
• Color contrast selected for WCAG 2.1 Level AA targets
• Reduced-motion and forced-color support
• Live announcements for cart and validation updates

Known limitations and third-party services

Stripe-hosted payment and the external support chat are third-party experiences that can change independently of the storefront. We review their integration and provide email support when a customer cannot complete a task through those interfaces.

Automated testing does not replace keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast-state, and full purchase-process testing. Those checks are part of ongoing review.

Feedback

Accessibility feedback is used to identify and prioritize barriers. An alternate way to access product or policy information, including another accessible format when practical, can be requested by email.
